Project Overview
During the global pandemic, people often started using online shops, My task was to analyze competitors, identify user pains, conduct interviews and create a convenient EC application.
Creation of a convenient application for Carrefour in a market.

家樂福於1959年創立於法國,1963年第一家量販店於法國開幕,位列世界首要的零售集團,在法國、其他歐洲國家及台灣等,皆為當地規模最大之量販業者。

在台灣市佔率堪稱龍頭的第一大賣場,隨著現今消費者線上購物的比例逐漸升高,家樂福目前在台灣已超過百家店,並具有多元發展的店家型態,如量販店、超市及線上購物等,主要負責 One App 的整體產品設計,因此在產品設計上將線下結合線上,除了線上購物,如何運用在線下消費導購,為設計一大挑戰。

客戶針對使用者調查後,期望針對支付條碼優化至首頁
讓使用者打開產品即能快速使用「儲值金支付」、「信用卡支付」功能
並優化部分功能包含錢包、目錄、聯名卡、促銷等做功能及介面上的 highlight 加強使用者視覺體驗。

Membership

It is a user profile, visually everything is divided into categories depending on the frequency of use. After integrating, helping the user find features fast categories.

QR Code / Bar Code

This section displays your list of cards and other services provided by the app. the VIP card has a designated QR Code to which can easily be accessed by the user. it can be shared with others to receive payment. can also be opened and scanned by a second party.

優化並整合支付條碼跟好康卡條碼於同一頁面,並增加切換模式方便使用者可以快速選擇需要之功能。

Style Guideline

My role in this task was to create the brand guidelines for the brand and help in the color selection. It decided to up its game by building a brand identity as strong as its technical abilities.

從專案中建置產品設計規範,以維持產品間與開發、設計師溝通之間的品牌一致性。
